My boy's favorite place. Employees always are knowledgeable but I feel the Company should hire extra staff for busy times. The wait can be better but this isn't the employees fault...... It's the corporations fault, just too save a buck... Make sure too have staff check ANY pre-owned items! I bought 2 controllers for my kid's (Christmas) both was broken.
