  There is no customer service at all in this store. I was looking for a very specific item, but could not find it even though the website said they had it. While I walked around the entire store using a cane, not a single person asked if I needed help. I've been to this store several times and no help is ever given. Several issues no customer service, not handicapped friendly or elderly friendly. If a customer got hurt in there, no one would know because no one that works in there walks around to ask customers if they need help. One star is too generous.
