  Simply put, my WORST retail and customer service experience ever! It took over 6 months to receive my complete, non-damaged order. I was called a liar by both the in-store salesperson and the warehouse, despite multiple witnesses that heard these folks say things that were later denied. I had to beg for split-delivery, when one of my pieces of furniture arrived over a month before the other, after being a month late. NO ONE in the entire organization will call you. You as the customer have to initiate every conversation, every inquiry, every scheduling, etc. Despite repeated requests for them to call me, they simply would not. I even managed to get the name and number of the "district manager" ("Samantha" who supposedly works out of the Roanoke store), and she also would NOT return my call. Overall, just a miserable experience! I almost never leave negative reviews online, and I have patiently waited many months before leaving this one, but at this point I have no other recourse than to leave a negative review. And I will be doing so on multiple sites to warn as many people as possible to stay away from Ashley Home Store!
